This was a real treat for us when we were in Europe. Elyas got free Chinese food, Greg got lost doing his laundry somewhere in Paris and the boys got to ogle at Scarlet and all the cute make up girls. Ah, the wonderful world of TV land.

THE ADVENTURES OF CHARCOAL BOY is a dark, musical journey where an unlikely hero - a charred stick - becomes a star and incites a revolution!
The theatrical journey is all set to an original music score by Elyas Khan which is performed LIVE by NERVOUS CABARET!
Nervous Cabaret musicians in this performance: Brian Geltner, Matt Morandi, Fred Wright are honored to be joined by Gwen Snyder (a.k.a. Blueberry) singing the part of Flame Girl and adding her considerable mucical talents to the performance.
Found object and original puppets by Eric Novak, Directed by Sarah Provost.
The show is presented at
HERE Arts Space from April 1st to 17th with three matinee performances for all the early birds out there! All show dates and times are listed under "shows".

The latest film to feature Nervous Cabaret, both musically and in on-screen performance, has won the Best Documentary Jury Award at the 6th Annual (2005) Malibu Int'l Film Festival!
"Between the Bridges", directed by Adam Ross, documents the Brooklyn artists' community, D.U.M.B.O. (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) and its struggle against development and gentrification on the Brooklyn waterfront: a microcosm of our post 9/11 world.
